Conduct
SmallSat Symposium is a professional event. Everyone who attends, speaks, exhibits, sponsors or works at it is expected to treat other people with respect.
This applies at the Computer History Museum, at official receptions and dinners, on the event app and virtual platform, and in any communication connected to the event.

Not acceptable
- Harassment, intimidation or discrimination of any kind
- Unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention
- Photographing or recording anyone who has asked you not to
- Disrupting sessions, speakers or exhibitors

Reporting
If something happens, tell any SatNews staff member or go to the registration desk. You can also reach us through the contact page. Reports are handled promptly and discreetly.

Consequences
SatNews may remove anyone who breaks this code from the event without a refund and may decline their future registrations.
